The easiest way is to text ‘PAC’ to your current provider on 65075, with your existing SIM card in your phone.
They’ll text you back – usually instantly – with a PAC code to pass on to us. When you order your new SIM, simply tell us the PAC and our system will action your transfer.
You can choose:
- - A physical SIM to slot into your phone. It will fit any phone that uses standard, micro or nano cards.
- - Or, in newer smartphones, you can activate a digital eSIM.
Please note, there can be a short, one-time gap in service when you switch from one network to another.

Definitely. Apart from obvious factors such as price and reliability, many networks cap your speeds. The cheaper you go, the slower your data.

If you bought your phone new after December 2021, it should be unlocked anyway, but if not, you can ask your current network to help you unlock it.
